How do guests upload photos and videos to my event?
Guests scan your event QR code or open your event link in any phone browser and upload right away. There is no app to download and no account to create — it works the moment they arrive at your wedding, quinceañera, or party.
Is HeartMee free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create an event page, share a QR code, and collect guest photos at no cost. Paid Silver and Gold plans add higher upload limits, longer storage, and extra keepsakes like the digital guestbook.
How long are my event photos stored?
Storage is counted from your event date: 30 days on the Free plan, 6 months on Silver, and 12 months on Gold. You can also extend storage month to month after your plan window ends, and you can download everything at any time while your gallery is active.
Can I keep my gallery private?
Yes. You choose who can view the gallery: everyone with the link, only people with an access code, or only you as the host. You can also review and hide any guest upload before it appears publicly.
Does HeartMee work for quinceañeras, weddings, and birthdays?
Yes — HeartMee is built for celebrations: weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, baby showers, and more. You pick the theme, colors, and cover photo so the guest page matches your event.
Is HeartMee available in Spanish?
Yes. Both the host tools and the guest experience are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and you can set the default language your guests see for your event.
Can guests leave messages, not just photos?
Yes. Besides photos and videos, guests can write wishes in the digital guestbook, and on the Gold plan they can also record voice messages — a keepsake you can revisit long after the party.
Can I download the original, full-resolution files?
Yes. Hosts can download guest photos and videos in their original resolution while the gallery is active — nothing is compressed away.
