Pricing questions
Can I upgrade after creating an event?
Yes. Create the event on Free and upgrade from its dashboard at any time. A Silver purchase is credited when moving that event to Gold.
What happens when storage expires?
The gallery and new uploads lock at expiry. During the following 45 days, the host can activate the $5/month storage extension; after that grace period, event media is permanently deleted.
Are Silver and Gold subscriptions?
No. Silver and Gold are one-time purchases for one event. Only the optional post-expiry storage extension renews monthly.
Can hosts download the originals?
Yes. Hosts can download original files while event storage is active.
